She was a comforting soul in the lives of many. A generous and caring Mother, a devoted sister, and a loving daughter. She was raised in a small town of Vale, Oregon. She leaves behind her kids Unique, Ricardo, Benny, Shyra, Damien and Emma, Bonnie, Abraham. We will remember Noemi for being a very outgoing generous person who loved her whole family.
