Obituary

Norma Dee Robinett of Nampa, Idaho passed away May 21. She was born August 22, 1929 at home in Densmore KS to Raymond and Frances Branscomb. She was married to her childhood sweetheart Arthur Robinett for almost 64 years. They started their family of 7 kids in Sterling Colorado, moved to California, Nevada and settled in Bremerton WA for many years. After retirement they moved to Payette, and New Plymouth ID to care for her mother. Health issues brought them to Nampa ID to be close to their daughter. Mom loved her home where ever it was. She was well known for her amazing sense of humor and canasta playing skills. She still liked to write letters and poems for the kids. She kept in contact with all her six children, nineteen grandchildren, and many great and great great-grandchildren, as well as extended family all over the country. She was a long time member of VFW and had many friends there. She was proceeded in death by her husband Jerry Robinett, son Dennis, grandson Cameron, sisters Blanch Weiser and Lea Rea Brooks, and brother Warren Branscomb, Jim and Carolyn Robinett. She is survived by daughters, Sue (Rob) Hays, Carol (Brice) Perkins, sons Bill, Jeff (Floss), Mark (Shari), John (Stephanie) Robinett, Brothers Max (Patsy), Don (Jackie), Larry (Julie Anne Branscomb, Richard (Arlene) Robinett, and many grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. Services will be held Friday at Nampa Funeral Home Yraguen Chapel, 415 12th Avenue South, Nampa Idaho.
