Oscar Ibarra Obituary Oscar Menchaca Ibarra was born November 6, 1950 to Margarita Menchaca Ibarra and Jesus Ibarra in Eagle Pass Texas. He departed this life with his children and grandchildren by his side on April 25, 2022.
Oscar was loved by Patty Mendez (Significant other) and his 9 children, Oscar Jr. (Christina), Monica (Wilmore), Christina (Robert), Andrew, Laura (Zak), Julie (Javier), Vermeda (Robert), Moses, and many, many grandchildren, and great grandchildren. His siblings, Jerry (Dora), Rolando (Silvia), and his baby sister Dora.
Oscar got his GED from Oregon State University. In 1970, he came to Idaho where he resided until 2022. During those years he worked at Hewlett Packard, a Firefighter and then become a CNA provider in order to take care of his granddaughter, Punky for 27 years. Oscar was very proud of his oldest son Oscar Jr. who had joined the Marines. His greatest treasures were his children, grandchildren and his great grandchildren.
He is proceeded in death by his parents and his oldest daughter Laura and his youngest son Moses, his brothers, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was loved by community and was a very, loving and caring man to everyone.
