She would always say, "By the grace and merciful Love of Jesus Christ, I am alive!" A former Eucharistic minister at Lehigh Valley Hospital, she was devoted to the Blessed Virgin Mary under the title "Our Mother of Sorrow," urging others to pray the rosary daily. To close friends, she was known as Patsy or Pat, whose broad smile evoked a like response from friends and strangers alike.
