Rachel "Rae" Cantrell, 99, of Nampa Idaho passed away on March 1, 2014 at the Trinity Mission Health & Rehab of Holly in Nampa Idaho. Funeral services will be held for Rae at 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 7, 2014 at the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel, 415 12th Ave. So., Nampa, Idaho. Graveside services will follow at the Meridian Cemetery. An online guest book may be signed at www.nampafuneralhome.com Rae was born of immigrant parents, Daniel and Christina Marie Rudolph on January 2, 1915 in St. Anthony, Idaho. She has resided in Idaho all if her life. At a very early age Raes family moved to the Meridian area. On January 2, 1932 (Her 17th Birthday), She married Roy J. Cantrell. To this union three children were born, Roy Dean, Claudia Marie and Jesse D. Cantrell. She has remained in the Boise, Meridian, and Nampa area the rest of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, infant son Roy Dean, one granddaughter Raylene Roush, one great granddaughter Danielle Diane Cantrell, one brother, five sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. She is survived by her children, daughter Claudia (Buck) Roush of Winnemucca, Nevada, son Dan (Peggy) Cantrell of Nampa Idaho; grandchildren, Brian, Steve, Stacy, Gordon, James; great grandchildren Kim, Kayla, Coby, Shayla, John, Tony and Christopher; great great grandchildren Tataian, Tamryn, Audrey, Ford, Jeryka, Caitlyn and Gabby. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
