Obituary

Robert D. Brown Robert D. Brown, 67, of Caldwell, Idaho passed away Monday, August 25m 2014 after a short battle with cancer. He was born February 28, 1947 to Elmer and Alpha Brown in Glendale, California. He graduated from John Marshall High School He was in the Army for a short time, being honorably discharged in September 1960. While he was in California, he met and married Lorraine Hummel. They moved to Connecticut and were later divorced. In Connecticut he had several different jobs, met and married Carol Walker, who he then moved to Vermont with in January 1991. Carol passed away from breast cancer. In June 1992 he married Beverly Grenier and in 2000 they moved to Idaho. While here Bob worked at Communicare for 10 years before retiring for health reasons. Bob was a member of the Knights of Columbus for many years while in Vermont and was excited when he became a Fourth Degree Knight while here in Idaho. During his retirement his illness did not always allow him the ability to get around easily. He would spend his time listening on the phone, watching his favorite t.v. programs, playing ball with his dog, Zeus, sitting out on his deck smoking a cigar or two and cranking up the CD player to sing along with the Rolling Stones. He also had the opportunity to go to a couple of Garys sons baseball games which he enjoyed watching! The few outings he did have were with Steve and Linda and he always had a great time and would talk about it for days afterward. During his short time at Trinity Mission we were able to have a potluck and a pizza party with Bob. He enjoyed the potluck so much; he asked when we could do something again-thus the pizza party. Bob was preceded in death by his parents and many of his aunts and uncles. He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Beverly Brown, his beloved dog, Zeus. Sister-in-law, Lisa Hill, husband Stacy, nephew, Brandon and niece, Ryleigh. Cousin Steve Fouret, who was more like a brother to him, wife, Linda and sons Gary and Glen who called him Uncle Bob which meant so much to him, cousin, Dave Baldwin, who sahred his passion for the Rolling Stones and Nascar, Jocelyn Wallace, who was like a daughter to him and he was never shy about offering her advice, several cousins and many special friends. Bob you are gone but never forgotten. You will always be in my heart. You were loved more than you will know. You touched so many peoples lives. All my Love, Bev.
