Roberta Lee Smith Randall "Bobby" Hardy, 73, of Nampa, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2016 at her home. Bobby was born on April 19, 1943 in Emmett, Idaho to Leonard and Carstella Smith. She attended Nampa schools and graduated from Nampa High School in 1962. Bobby as she liked to be called by her many friends was involved in the Veterans of Foreign Wars since 1983. She went on to presume her fate as Department President of the Ladies Auxiliary of Idaho. Bobby loved going to the Veterans Home and Hospital for bingo games and visits each month. Bobby loved driving school bus for the 3, 4, and 5 years old special needs students for 19 years. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Leonard and Carstella Smith; her sibling, Della Maglecic; one grandchild; and her first husband, Edgar Randall. She is survived by her husband, Gilbert Hardy; her siblings, Lou Randolph of Nampa and Leonard Smith of Vancouver, WA; her children, Jody Daniel of Boise, Paul Randall of Nampa and Edgar "Ed" Randall of Nampa; 9 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. A funeral service to honor and celebrate her life will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel.
