Ronald Hutter Obituary Ronald M. Hutter, 87, went to Heaven on June 3rd, 2021. Ron was born on June 1, 1934 to Peter & Alma Hutter in Big Bay, Michigan. Ron was the youngest of 4 children, Ray, Bud, and Carol. Ron married the love of his life, Fern M. Chaffee on December 1, 1956 in Grangeville, Idaho. They have 3 children, Judy Mangum(Bryce), St. George, Utah; Michael Hutter (Sue), Coeur d Alene, Idaho and Susan Naramore (Sam), Chugiak, Alaska; 9 grandchildren, Jason DeChambeau ( Felicia) Nampa, Idaho, Brandon Myers, Tacoma, Wash. Jeff Donaldson ( Brittany) Colorado Springs, Bryce Myers, Eagle River Ak., Justin Donaldson ( Lisa) Salt Lake City Utah, Erin Echeverria (Orlando) Taylorsville Utah, Peter Hutter, Coeur d'Alene,Idaho Chloe Hutter, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, Wyatt Naramor, Chugiak AK., 6 great grandkids, 4 sisters-in-law, and 2 brothers-in-law. Rons family moved to Cottonwood Idaho in 1952 from Michigan. At the age of 20 Ron enlisted in the Army where he was quickly promoted to a Sargent. He was proud to serve his country and we thank him for his service. Ron and Fern moved to Roseburg Oregon where Ron worked on the Railroad. They then moved back to Cottonwood, Idaho and lived there until moving to Nampa, Idaho.. Ron attended Northwest Nazarene College where he received his teaching degree. He started his teaching career teaching in Marsing, Idaho and advanced to being the principal there. He retired from the school district after his long career. Ron and Fern attended the College Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed being the two year olds Sunday school teachers for over 20 years. They went on many Work & Witness trips and visited over 40 countries. They enjoyed singing in the Choir and they performed in the Living Christmas Tree for many years. Ron loved the Lord and Heaven gained a great man. He was preceded in death by Peter & Alma Hutter. The family will greet loved and friends for a time of vistiation and viewing on Tuesday, June 8th from 5pm-7pm at the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel, 415 12th. Ave South 208-442-8171. A Celebration of Rons life will be held at the College Church of the Nazarene, 504 E. Dewey Ave. in Nampa on Wednesday June 9th at 2 PM with military honors by personnel from the Idaho Army National Guard.
