Ronald Rhoades Obituary Ron Rhoades, age 79, passed away on June 7, 2024, in Nampa, Id. Born October 27, 1944, to parents, Billie & Edna Rhoades, he was raised in Pocatello, Idaho and graduated from "Poky Hi" in 1963. He was a member of the Army National Guard, worked various construction projects and also for Browning Freight Lines. He and Christina Eiguren were married on April 25, 1970, and moved to Arock, Oregon. Together they had three children, Theresa, Ben, and Rene. After relocating to Nampa, Idaho in 1984, Ron was employed full time with the Idaho Air National Guard 190th Fighter Sq. He deployed multiple times to various countries in The Middle East during his career. Every deployment was an adventure he enjoyed as he had great passion and love for God and Country. Ron retired from service in 2003. He is survived by his children; Theresa (Fred) Willerup, Ben Rhoades, Rene (Brian) Batt and grandchildren; Elias, Annika, & Benjamin Willerup, Sarah & Amelia Batt. Brothers; David (Tabby) Rhoades and Ric, (Dawn) Rhoades, and many nieces & nephews. He was proceeded in death by his parents and sister Judy, and brother-in-law, Robert Slaughter. Graveside services will be 10:00 am, June 29th at Mount Calvary Cemetery, South Powerline Rd, Nampa followed by a lunch reception at 56 S Happy Valley Rd, Nampa.
