Rosemary Quintana, 63, of Nampa, Idaho was born in Rupert, Idaho on June 20, 1963, and passed away on June 23, 2026.
Rosemary graduated from Caldwell High School in 1982. Throughout her life, she worked for Canyon County Division of Motor Vehicles, Walmart as a manager, and several other businesses. In 2003, she moved to Bend, Oregon, a place she dearly loved and always hoped to return to someday.
Rosemary will be remembered for her appreciation for life’s simple pleasures. She was an amazing cook, an avid reader who especially loved Danielle Steel novels, and a devoted animal lover. She liked feeding the ducks behind her home, enjoyed a rainy day, and deeply loved her companion and dog, Molly, who passed away in October 2025. Above all, Rosemary cherished every moment spent with her grandson, Noah.
Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents, George Quintana and Darita Martinez Quintana; her brother, Daniel E. Quintana; and her maternal and paternal grandparents. She is survived by her son, Brandon Frisbee; her daughter, Chelsea Frisbee; her cherished grandchild, Noah Frisbee; her brother, George Quintana; her sisters, Holly Olvera, Sandra Archuleta, Cindy Russell, and Viola Quintana; plus numerous nieces and nephews.
