Rosendo Alvarez Reyna Jr.

Rosendo Alvarez Reyna Jr., lovingly known to many as Junior, passed away on January 4, 2026, and is now entered into eternal rest.

Junior was known for his charming charisma, loving heart, and a laugh that was truly contagious. He was a stranger to no one and formed friendships wherever he went. His warmth and genuine spirit left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

Following in the footsteps of his father, Junior dedicated much of his life to agriculture - work he truly loved. Whether driving trucks hauling onions and potatoes or spending long hours on a tractor plowing fields, he took pride in being a hard worker and providing through honest labor.

Junior is survived by his three children, Veronica, Jared, and Nicholas, who were the light of his life. He is also survived by his siblings Robert (Trina), Ramiro, Reynaldo, Ruben (Eva), Esmeralda, Beatrice (Luis) Reyes, and Belinda, along with numerous nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rosendo Sr. and Nasaria, and his siblings Raul, Roman, Romel, Rolando, Danny and Gloria.

Viewing and funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 11:00am at Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel, located at 415 12th Ave South, Nampa, Idaho, 83651. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1500 East Greenhurst Road, Nampa, Idaho.

Junior will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in the hearts of those who were blessed to know him.
