Ruben Perez Mora, 61 of Homedale, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at his home. Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 13, 2015 at the Lutheran Brethren Church, 730 W. Roosevelt Avenue, Nampa, Idaho. Services are under the direction of Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel. Ruben was born August 4, 1953 in Madera, California to John and Isabel Mora. He was self employed as a painter for 23 years. He enjoyed spending time fishing at the river and bringing his grandkids gifts that he would find at the 2nd hand stores. He enjoyed spending time with his friends from Homedale. He is survived by 5 children: One daughter and a son in law, Pearl and Gabe Alvarez of Nampa; 4 sons and 3 daughter in laws, Rodney and Anna Mora of Talare, CA, Ruben Mora Jr. of Caldwell, ID, Daniel and Latisha Mora and Kris and Denetta Mora all of Nampa; 5 brothers, Freddy and Lupe Mora, Mike and Betty Mora, Gilbert Mora, John and Martha Mora and Carlos Mora all of Nampa; 18 grandkids and 3 great grandkids and several nieces and nephews. Ruben was preceded in death by his parents, John and Isabel Mora; One brother, Bobby Mora; and one sister, Lupe Mora.
