Setaita Vakatapule Afu, 86, of Nampa, died Sunday, October 2, 2011 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born on May 25, 1925 in Haapai, Tonga to Viliami and Milika Kalaniuvalu. She moved to Nampa, Idaho in 1990 to live with her daughter.

She is survived by 6 children; 11 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.

A special thank you is given to St. Alphonsus Hospice and to the Tongan community for their love and support from Semisi and Nanise Hafoka and the rest of Setaitas family.

A vigil wake service will be held on Friday, Oct. 7, 2011 starting at 6:00 P.M. at the Southside Blvd. United Methodist Church, Nampa. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011 at the Southside Blvd. United Methodist Church, Nampa. Burial will follow in the Kohlerlawn Cemetery, Nampa. Services are under the direction of the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel.
