Michael 'Shane' Ghormley of Nampa passed away on Tuesday April 12, 2016 of natural causes at his home in Nampa, Idaho. Memorial services will be held in his honor Monday April 18, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the LDS stake center 3305 W. Kuna Road in Kuna. Burial will follow in the Kuna Cemetery. A viewing will be held prior to the services in the relief society room starting at 11:30 A.M. Services are under the direction of the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel where an online guest book is available at www.nampafuneralhome.com Shane was born on October 7, 1965 in Rexburg Idaho to Jim and Kathy Ghormley. He was raised in Nampa, Idaho and graduated from Kuna High School in 1985. After graduating, Shane worked at his parents Ma and Pa grocery store (KG Grocery). He was a cashier, ran errands and loved more than anything to talk to customers and salesmen. You would most likely find him sitting on a stool at KG Grocery in Miami Dolphin or B.S.U. gear. Shane is survived by his parents, Jim and Kathy Ghormley; his sister and brother-in-law, Wade and Nicki Palmer; his niece, Brooke Palmer; and 2 nephews, Jade and Cael Palmer.
