Sharon Jones Obituary Born and raised in Idaho, Sharon Lynn Jones lived a life full of love, faith, and compassion. She built a lifetime of memories surrounded by family, friends, and community. A devout Lutheran, Sharons faith was the cornerstone of her life. She was an active member of her church community at Trinity Lutheran, always offering a helping hand and a warm smile to those around her. Sharon had a gift for making everyone feel loved and supported often with a hug, a word of encouragement, and her signature sweet, sassy spirit. Sharon had many passions: she loved doing crosswords, reading, crocheting, playing games with family, and cooking for those she loved. She enjoyed spending time at the Nampa Senior Center, making new friends and enjoying a good meal. Her home was always welcoming, filled with love, conversation, and laughter. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by an incredible amount of family and friends, just as she had always hoped. Sharon is survived by her three children Tom Hutchens (Shelli Clemens), Edie McMullen (Sam), and Sonja Thompson her twelve beloved grandchildren Josh, Amy, Miranda, Shane, Zack, Skye, Michael, Shane, Eric, Randi, Sam, and Olivia and her many great and great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother, Edith; father, John; siblings, Jack, Janice, and Phyllis; her two children, Jerilynn and Mike Hutchens; and her three Jerrys. Sharons legacy of kindness, faith, and joy lives on in the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
