In loving memory of our mother, Sumi Nishikawa who died peacefully at Autumn Cove Assisted Living in Star Idaho on Nov. 10, 2012. Sumi worked at Southwest District Central Health Department for 20 years. She was a very active member at the Nampa Recreation Center for many years after her retirement. She will miss all her wonderful friendships made there. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Don Douglas and her husband M. Pete Nishikawa and a sister Janet Yabuki

She is survived by three sisters, one brother, one son and one daughter; Sister, Matsui & Masayoshi Maruyama of Fresno California; Sister, Helen Watanabe and Son Sam Watanabe of Redondo Beach California; Sister, Aiko & Mitsuo Sato of Seattle Washington; Brother, Jim & Kay Goshi of Salinas California; Son, Mike and Nancy Nishikawa of Meridian, Idaho; Grandson, Jon & Victoria Nishikawa and great grandson Michael, of Meridian, Idaho; Grandson, Russ & Kerry Nishikawa and great grandsons Jackson & Kyler of Meridian, Idaho; Daughter, Vicki Nishikawa & David Lanning of Eagle, Idaho; Grandson, Pete Epley, of Atlanta Georgia; and Grandson, Jake Epley of Boise, Idaho

A family graveside memorial service was held on Nov. 14th at Kohlerlawn Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel.
