Victoria Rios Obituary Victoria Rosa Donayre de Rios, 89, of Nampa, passed away on February 13, 2023. Victoria was born on May 17, 1933 in Lima, Peru, to Manuel and Olinda Donayre. She accepted the Lord at a very young age. She married Rev. Eduardo Rios Castromonte and they had six children. Martha V. Rios-Moores, Daniel E. Rios, Patricia E. Rios, Ricardo L. Rios (deceased) and Silvia L. Rios. She also has 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She attended and was very active with the Assembly of God Bible Institute in Callao, Peru. In 1976 and her husband along with their children moved to the United States. She supported her husband in the Ministry in Nampa and Caldwell, Idaho, using their many talents. God gave her a like for music, sewing, knitting and much more. She was such a great loving person. She touched the lives of unnumbered of people and was very well known for her most beautiful smile. She is now with her husband (Eduardo), her son, (Ricardo), her beautiful niece, (Bobbie), her parents (Manuel and Olinda) and her beautiful and loving sister (Gladys). She will be missed, however she will live in our hearts forever as Mom, Ma, Mamu, Senora Bonita, Toyita and Tia Toyi.
