Warren Collord Obituary Warren Collord went home on September 19th, 2023. He is now standing in the presence of the Lord (2 Corinthians 5:8).
Warren was a simple, straightforward man. With him, what you saw is what you got (Matthew 5:36-37). He told the truth and did not suffer lies (Proverbs 21:28). He worked hard his entire life (2 Timothy 2:6). For Warren, he was at home outside in the hills and sagebrush or surrounded by pine trees and forest trails. He loved shooting, hunting, camping, riding motorcycles, and exploring Gods creation in his side-by-side with Jan, his wife of 55 years.
He talked about his children and 3 grandsons daily and found joy in his family (Proverbs 17:6). Warren loved watching his grandsons play football, basketball, and shoot their bows or guns at the range. He had many family members and lifelong friends with whom he kept in touch with until the end.
Warren Collord loved Jesus. Anyone who knew him, knew that. He would tell you right now: Jesus died so you could live. He took your sin upon His shoulders so that you can be presented to God without spot or blemish. He overflows with Grace and Mercy, and all you must do is put your trust in Him.
But now Christ has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who are asleep. For since by a man came death, by a man also came the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
1 Corinthians 15: 20-22
