William 'Bill' Means Obituary I was a common man. I was born. I lived. I died. In between those years many events structured my life. I attended schools through the twelfth grade. I learned some things. I served in the U.S. Military for three years. I learned some more things.
I married twice, and those marriages provided me with seven children, each of which I loved equally. Those children provided me with grandchildren, each of which I loved equally. Those grandchildren provided me with great grandchildren, each of which I loved equally. All of them know who they are and are not needed to be named here.
During the course of my life, I worked for wages and provided for my family. I also met many people whom became friends, and some still were at my death. I also continued to learn more things during that time.
I Made many mistakes during my life, and tried to correct them, and at times atone for them. I never made any noteworthy accomplishments, and never received any award or presentations. There will be no articles written about me nor will my life ever be featured on television. I was a very common man.
I had one most memorable event in my life. That was in 1984, when I met and married the most important person in my life. She knows, as did I, that we will meet again, and share the rest of eternity.
