Frances B. Castillo

Frances was born February 21ST 1953 to Eduardo and Alicia Berrelez in Eagle Pass, Texas. After a long and courageous battle with various health ailments Frances passed away, peacefully, surrounded by family at home on March 14th, 2022.

Frances is survived by her 6 children Crescencio Castillo, Rebecca Castillo (Earl Rayne), Reynaldo (Alisha) Castillo, Rogelio Castillo (Erica Salinas), Alejandro Castillo and Cristina Martinez (Justin Nieto).

She is survived by her 6 brothers and sisters, Juan (Darlene) Berrelez, Antonio Berrelez, Julio (Ruth) Berrelez, Maria Parker, Margarita Berrelez, Angelina Mora, Moses (Dianna) Berrelez, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She loved her grand children so dearly and will be survived by Isaac Castillo, Michael Bawdon, Alijah Castillo, Elisio Castillo, Jenacia Castillo, Destini Castillo, Diamond Martinez, Aaiden Hawkins, Jamin Castillo, Bella Martinez, Romeo Castillo and 3 great grandchildren. Frances was preceded in death by her loving parents, son Pablo Castillo, 2 brothers, 1 sister and a brother-in-law.

She was known and loved by so many people in her lifetime and has touched so many lives. She was a kind and generous soul. She was never too busy to help a friend or family member in need, any way that she could. Even if it was just spending time or providing words of comfort to someone going through hard times. If you needed a place to sleep, she had extra room to spare. If you needed a ride, she would take you there. If you were hungry, she was happy to share.

Frances enjoyed listening to her music (oldies and rancheras) and loved to write down the lyrics. She had a passion for gardening and flowers, smelling each individual flower. She enjoyed going on walks and painting rocks with her grandchildren, watching the dog (Princess) run in the backyard and loved to research the history of her family heritage. Most of all she really enjoyed the company of her friends at Friendship Manor and her loving family.

If you would like to say goodbye to Francis, there will be a Viewing on Thursday March 24th, 2022 from 5:00pm-7:00pm @ Yraguen Funeral Home, Nampa, ID. Funeral services will be on Friday March 25th, 2022 @ Yraguen Funeral Home beginning @ 1:00pm (doors open at 9AM).
