I remember Alice Crane from my childhood in Ontario Oregon. She made the dress that I wore as the flower girl in my brother Leon's wedding. I don't remember a lot about her, but I do remember that she was a very sweet lady. Her family is blessed to have had her as your mother and grandmother.

Ron, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. My prayers go out to you and your family during this time of your loss. Helen Keller once said that "What we have once enjoyed we can never lose" Your mother will always be a part of you, your family and those she touched. May the Lord bless you and your famly.

Your Mother was one person that I will never forget. I remember the first time I met her was working at a Nampa Nursing Home. She was the RN in charge and I was then just a lowly Aide. She was one of the kindest persons I had ever met in nursing. Kind to the patients and kind to the staff who worked with her. It was her love for nursing that made me decide to become a nurse. But the most wonderful quality of her life was her love for God. She showed me through her life that God really cared for me and that Christianity was real. She became a mentor to me in many ways not only in nursing but in Christian living. I have never forgotten the lessons she taught me by example. Truly Alice has been a wonderful addition to my life and I plan on meeting her in Heaven and enjoying an eternity with her. Heaven is dearer and closer. May God be with you and comfort your hearts.
