"Consider it done!" That was the cheerful response I would get from Doug as I gave him a task when he worked at Nampa Paint & Glass. And not all tasks in a retail store are easy or fun! But he would finish the job with a smile, ready for the next one.

It was a pleasure to know and work with Doug. My condolences to the family as you carry his legacy forward.

Dear Lindee, I've known Doug and his famiy since he was a young boy of 7 years of age. He always had a story to tell and the times I spent with him, it was always entertaining! Doug was a wonderful young man and a great friend to my son Marc. I appreciate the time he spent with Marc and the positive impact he had on his life. I loved Doug and he will greatly be missed by many of us! I will be praying for you and your family. God Bless!

I, Shelley, Paula and the Dairy Queen crew met Doug for the first time last year where he was in charge of the remodeling of the store. He was always so positive and buoyant........he acknowledged each one of us. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to have met him and feel his enthusiasm and zest for life. What an example he is! My prayers for the family for peace and comfort............I am grateful that we will all be together after this life! May the Lord bless your family!

I was so sad to hear of Doug's home going ... while rejoicing that he is in the presence of our Lord. I will always treasure the years that Doug played a Roman Soldier in our No Greater Love productions. What a joy to be around this wonderful man. He will be greatly missed; but memories of his smile and big heart will be remembered always. My prayers will be with you, his dear, dear family in the days and months to come. Bless you mightily.

I am so sad, but then so happy that Doug is in a better place. I sure loved to see him come to 4opt for transfusions. He would just light up the room and always had a great smile, never down. He was a remarkable man. I will miss seeing you both.

My love and prayers to Lindee and the entire family. Doug has a special place in my heart as well as a special place in heaven. I'm sure I am not the only one that he helped lead to the Lord. As a teen he was the influence that lead me to give my heart to God. We worked together at Sunset until he left to go out to his own business. We road bikes, played golf, hunted, camped, skied....so much time, but yet, not enough. We always ended up talking about God and how to improve ourselves. Now, there were times we would do things I would classify as "adventurous" but people would say was his mischievous side coming out.....we would laugh and pray for forgiveness.....nothing bad now.....just Doug fun. I was there the day he met Lindee and would later asked me; "Do you think she would go out with me?" "Of course" I would say. I was kind of a go between...talking to Doug, then Lindee.....A bunch of us went to McCall for a weekend of skiing so he could "Teach" her how to ski. That was it...they were together from then on. I was able to tell Doug what he did for me leading me to accept Jesus before he passed....best thing I ever did! Doug, cheers to you, much love and one last big OOFDAH!! See you soon my friend! Love Jack Cook and family.

Our sincere condolences to Lindee and family. What a special guy Doug was. I first met Doug when I coached him in football and baseball ( 72-73) at Nampa Christian and remember him making me feel comfortable as a new coach. His warm smile and words gave me encouragement. Over the years, I watched him grow into a man, husband and father. He would to drive by our house going to work and honk and wave when I was outside. I will miss that wave and smile. Our prayers and thoughts are with your family. Coach Snow
