Jane and Bernie were such a blessing in my life. Thank you for sharing so much of their life story. I knew they were very special people, always so kind to me. They will both be missed. I am their mail carrier and was very shocked and dismayed when Catherine let me know Jane was gone. God bless the family.

A SWEET AND WARM  REMEMBRANCE TABLE ARRANGEMENT was ordered on January 5, 2017

Message from Helen DeGroot

Dear Family:
To all of you whom I have known for many years: I pray for the comfort of God to uphold you through this very sad time. Jane was my friend for many many years, as well as the DeGroots and Teunissens being cousins as their mothers were sisters.
We as couples had many good and fun times together as well as Jane and I did together. Jane was always ready with support and encouragement to anyone who was in need. She was a special Christian friend for these many years and I will miss her. "If we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord." (Romans14:8)

Dear Teunissen Family,

Our sincere condolences to you at the passing of your mother. She was, and still is, a light. Lynn and I have a fond memory of meeting Bernie and Jane for lunch in Marsing about the time the dairy in Idaho was built. What an enthusiastic person she was!

We trust God will give you fond memories and the joy you've experienced of a life well lived.

Dear family,

From the Netherlands we would like to express our condolences.
We are so very sorry for he loss of your dear mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Such an incredible loss. She was such a compassionate, caring lady.
We loved her very much too. She was so very sweet and compassionate and a great help when our daughter Anne immigrated to Idaho, and also when our youngest daughter was diagnosed with cancer.
We were always warmly welcomed into her home when we visited Idaho and she prepared the most amazing, delicious dinners for us. We've played many games of "Sjanghai" together, which was always a lot of fun.
We will surely miss her so very much, especially when we come to visit Idaho in the future. What a great comfort to know that she now resides in heaven with Bernie and Jesus.

"I didn't lose my mother, because she gave me so much.
What she told me, I keep hearing.
She is a part of my being.
I still see her everywhere, in what I say and do.
She was and is a blessing for me always, and will continue to be.

With love,
Jacob & Jelly de Vries.

Dear Renae & family,
our heartfelt prayers are with you all during this time of monumental loss. What praise fill our hearts to know that this is just a temporary goodbye! Although we never knew your mom, we know the type of strong, kind and generous children she & your father raised. What a beautiful legacy...what an amazing, adventurous, and admirable life she lived. Our sincere sympathy to all who loved Jane (but especially you Nae - because we know you and yours the best). Mom's hold a special spot in our lives and their passing leaves a pretty large hole. Praying that you all adjust to the new normal God has ahead of you. I didn't realize how much you resemble your Mom Nae.. always beautiful on the outside - but the inside is pretty amazing too. I also didn't realize that Bill & Pat Boersma were part of your family too. Pat & my mom were good friends. Continued prayers for your peace and the continuing of her legacy of love for her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. Well done good & faithful servant!

My condolences to Jane's Family. My daughter (Jamie Wind) married into the family 13 years ago and Jane and Bernie welcomed her with open arms. I too, had the privilege of entertaining Jane in my home in MI. May Jane's legacy of love live on in the lives of all who knew her. Until we meet again...RIP Sister Jane

Ps. I smile to think how happy Jane's sister Ann was to see her again! (Just an earthly thought). :)

Dear family of Jane Teunissen. We were very shocked when we heard abouth Jane passing away. We love Jane with all our hart, we had such a lovely time with her, here in the Netherlands and also in Idaho, when we visited America in May and June 2016. Also in 2006 we went to see them, Bernie and Jane learned us how to play the cardgame Sjanghai. We had such a good time. We will never, never forget them. We would like to wish all who loved her a lot of strength.
Much Love, Klaas and Alie, Makkum, the Netherlands.
