Dear Holland, I was shocked to hear of Judy's death today when I received a note from the Knapps. I remember her as a young pretty girl when we arrived in San Jose as newlyweds in the summer of 1955. I was 21 and she must have been 14. I thought you were the sweetest young couple. You were so handsome! As you know, I remember your mother and the rest of the family well. Rachel told me where Frances Sue and the family are now. I no longer call Margaret but until last year, we would talk and her memory was good. I send my love to you and your family. God will eventually take some of the pain away and the sun will shine again. Love, Anna

Holland and family,
Our time with Judy was cut short. I wish we could have had time to glean from her experience and to know her better. As many, we anticipated her to experience victory in her battle with cancer and are deeply saddened that did not happen but are confident in the knowledge that she is with our Lord and Saviour and we will be with her again. Our prayers are with you in this difficult time and in the days ahead. Greg & Arlene Evans Nampa

I'm not certain that I had the honor of meeting your loved one, Judy. Having lost my wife last September I can understand the pain you are experiencing at this time of loss. My prayers for a special closeness to God for you and your family. I think of the words to the song: "No more night. No more pain. No more tears, never crying again. With praises to the great I AM we will live in the light of the risen Lamb. Makes me want to go there! God's richest blessing on your family. Look close. He is there.

Johnson family -

From the first time I met Judy at her parents house in San Jose, I enjoyed being around her. Such a warm person and one of my favorite cousins-in-law. My condolences.

Dear Holland, Marci, Craig, Randy, Rob, and the grandchildren: We were so saddened to hear of Judy's death. We had hoped she would win her battle against cancer and be blessed with many more years with you. We rejoice that she is home with her Savior but know she leaves a huge void in the lives of many who are left behind. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Marci, We only had a moment of time this year to meet your mother and father, but we felt so welcomed by them. We are so sorry for your loss and our prayers are with you, your dad and the rest of your families. We will be honored to attend the Celebration of Life this Friday. I know you will miss your mother so very much and those who have lost their parents have a special place in our hearts for what you must endure.
