On November 14, 2017, Judith Ann Kimbrough passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones. Born in Columbus, Ohio to Joseph and Margaret Priore, she was the youngest of 11 children. Judith studied at St. Louis University and graduated from Ohio State University. She attained a post graduate CPCU degree, became president of the Los Angeles CPCU chapter and the director of corporate affairs for the Allianz Insurance Company while living in California with her husband and three children. She and her husband retired and relocated to Kuna, Idaho on their farm where she was able to enjoy her time, gardening in the Summer and knitting in the Winter.
Judith was a very active member of St. Pauls Parish in Nampa, Idaho and was a Lady of the Knight’s of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem. Judith traveled the world with her husband and family enjoying her retirement and creating memories.
She is survived by her husband, Walter A. Kimbrough, Jr. of Kuna, ID; son Clark (Trista) Kimbrough, son Gregory (Catherine) Kimbrough, daughter Kathleen (Brian) Kimbrough-Leong; granddaughters, Alexandra Kimbrough, Devon Kimbrough, Cheyenne Kimbrough; and grandson, Charles Kimbrough; her sister Elsie (Frazzini) Yacapraro and numerous nephews and nieces in Ohio; her mother in law Mary I. Kimbrough, sister in law Jan Kimbrough and numerous nephews and nieces in Idaho; brother in law Steven (Margaret) Kimbrough, brother in law, John Kimbrough and numerous nephews and nieces in California.
Judith will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by those who knew her. A loving, devoted and kind wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 7:00 P.M. Monday, Nov. 20, 2017 at the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Nampa. Burial will follow in the Mount Calvary Cemetery, Nampa. Services are under the direction of the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel where an online guest book is available at www.nampafuneralhome.com
